Winter storm watch issued in Capital Region

CAPITAL REGION The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a winter storm watch from Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon.
Six to 12 inches of snow is forecast in the greater Capital Region, Mohawk and Schoharie valleys and nothern Fulton County. The southern Adirondacks and Saratoga-Lake George region could get up to 16 inches.
Heavy snow is expected to fall Monday night into early Tuesday morning. Some sleet could mix in from the Capital Region southward Tuesday morning.
