Pennsylvania fugitive nabbed in Montgomery County

A Pennsylvania fugitive was arrested in the Montgomery County town of Root on Friday, apprehended after his ride ended up in a ditch, according to a state police news release issued today. State police in Fonda first saw the disabled vehicle on the shoulder of State Highway 162 in the town of Root.
