State worker accused of stealing gas

A state worker from Wynantskill is accused of using a state-run gas pump for personal use. Bruce Chapple, 55, was charged with four counts of offering a false instrument for filing, an felony, four counts of petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and one count of official misconduct, also a misdemeanor, according to a release from the state Inspector General’s Office.
