After weeks of wild weather, including tornados and flooding, extreme heat in the Capital Region is no surprise, but not necessarily welcomed. According to the National Weather Service Albany, the heat wave is over as of today. But with temperatures still in the middle to upper 80s Wednesday, it may not feel like it.
