Saratoga man allegedly sold crack cocaine

Saratoga Springs man was arrested Monday after police said he sold crack cocaine. Mark Hawkins Tyler, 48, of Lincoln Avenue, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession. Tyler, who police said has prior felony convictions, was sent to Saratoga County Jail without bail.
