Summer Lunch Program kicks off at sites around Schenectady

Schenectady Inner City Ministry’s Summer Lunch Program kicked off Monday at sites in and around the city, with nine more lunch locations scheduled to open in the weeks ahead. Hungry kids had their choice Monday of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or a tuna pouch, along with fresh fruits and vegetables, Parmalat, juice and a snack. Menu items will vary daily.
