Man killed while moving furniture in Albany

ALBANY One man died Friday night and another was injured after they fell while moving a piece of furniture into a second-floor apartment on Myrtle Avenue.
Albany police found Christopher Rueda, 26, of Albany, at about 6:45 p.m. in the rear of the residence with serious injuries. A second 26-year-old man was also involved in the fall. His identity is not being released.
Both men were taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital, where Rueda was pronounced dead. The other second man was admitted to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Police said the fall was accidental.
