A Saratoga Springs man faces charges including vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated after police say he fatally ran down a woman as she crossed Ballston Avenue this afternoon. My wife witnessed this accident and phoned it in to 911 They took her name but have not as yet called to question her further.
