While I am pleased that The Daily Gazette covered this article, it would have been better and more powerful if reporter John Enger got his facts straight. In his third paragraph he states that "Adams is on stricke with the suspected terrorists being held at Guantanamo." This is sentence misleading at best. In fact most of the men at Guantanamo were cleared for release under the Bush administration - some in the first term. They were never charged with anything and are not "suspected terrorists". They are innocent citizens who want nothing more than to go home.

The handful of men that are suspected terrorists deserve to go on trial - as a just society would do.

Ganatanamo is not only a national disgrace, we have handed the best recruiting tool ever to Middle East terrorists - all funded with our tax dollars.

I am keeping you in my prayers and close to my heart Elliot. It is a blessing and honor to know you. Thank you for your faithful wiitness.
