Driver ticketed in pedestrian fatality

David Braley was driving along Route 4 in the town of Halfmoon early Sunday morning when police say he fell asleep at the wheel and hit and killed a pedestrian. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department received a 911 call at 3:26 a.m. saying a pedestrian had been hit near the Route 4 intersection of Willow Lane. How is "driving while drowsy", any different than driving while intoxicated, driving while texting, or driving with a known medical condition, such as narcolepsy?

A ticket for "failure to keep right"?
They have got to be kidding.

The driver must be pretty well connected to have avoided any type of drug, or alcohol testing after having hit a pedestrian that was obviously ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ROAD, at 3:26am.

"Failure to keep right"
Think about it for a minute.
