A convicted sex offender police accused of fudging paperwork to get into an emergency shelter is now facing felony sex charges following an investigation. Police allege David Dennis, 30, had sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl several times, at one point breaking into an unoccupied residence to do so, according to a release from the Fort Plain Police Department.
