Police: Fulton County search reveals untaxed cigarettes

Two Fulton County residents are facing felony charges after stopping at an accident scene on Route 30 Saturday. A trooper was interviewing witnesses at the scene of a fatal motorcycle accident when he smelled marijuana. Melissa Beddow, 39, of Broadalbin and Sandra Aponte, 46, of Gloversville had stopped to provide information on the accident. I guess calling it 50 cartons wouldn't be newsworthy. Why not call it 100 Billion untaxed/unstamped tobacco leaf fragments.
