Police: Albany boy, 9, found loaded gun, shot self in hand

Albany police are investigating an incident in which a 9-year-old child allegedly accidently shot himself in the hand. At approximately 6:15 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the 300 block of Orange Street in Albany’s West Hill neighborhood for a report of shots fired.
