State to dispatch Flood Assistance Teams to Fort Plain

Help is on the way for flood victims as Gov. Andrew Cuomo dispatches Flood Assistance Teams to hard-hit areas to gather applications for recovery funding. The Fort Plain Senior Center, 204 Canal St., will serve as an operation center.
