Two Schenectady men have been arrested and charged in connection with vehicle break ins and possession of stolen property in Rotterdam. Martin J. Muniz, 19, and Jaquan K. Williamson, 17, were arrested around 4:20 a.m. on Tuesday after an officer found parked cars on Marengo Street in Rotterdam had been broken into.
