Clifton Park man faces charges in knife incident

A 22-year-old man is accused of fending off his neighbors with a knife when they came to his mother’s aid during a dispute between the two. State troopers found Joseph Dominguez-Carle of Clifton Park in the woods near his home when they responded to an emergency call.
