— A 22-year-old man is accused of fending off his neighbors with a knife when they came to his mother’s aid during a dispute between the two.

State troopers found Joseph Dominguez-Carle of Clifton Park in the woods near his home when they responded to an emergency call.

He was charged with second-degree menacing and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. He was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and sent to Saratoga County jail in lieu of $2,500 bail or $5,000 bail bond.
