Old hand grenade removed from Ballston home

A World War II hand grenade was removed from a town of Ballston residence Monday. The explosive device was found in the basement of 53 Middle Line Road while the homeowner was cleaning the area, Ballston Spa police Sgt. Brent Dupras said.
