Northshire Bookstore is readying its new Broadway location for an early August opening. Co-owner Chris Morrow and six other workers are building bookshelves this week as the electrical and heating systems are completed in The Washington, Bonacio Construction’s new building at 422 Broadway. Where is all the big building going on in Schenectady? How about some summer attractions being advertised for State Street, Central Park, the Veterans Park at Veeder Ave, or even a few bands and food festivals to draw people down town??
Oh well, there is still Saratoga; the summer place to be!
