Pair accused of burglarizing Saratoga Springs home

Saratoga Springs police have arrested two men and charged them with burglarizing a city home and going through more than 75 vehicles in a 10-block area. Miles J. Hawes, 22, of Fourth Street in Watervliet and Daniel T. Clow, 23, of Simon Lane in Latham were charged early Thursday with felony counts of burglary and grand larceny.
