Supervisor of code enforcement named in Schenectady

The City of Schenectady has a new supervisor in the Bureau of Code Enforcement. Domenic Viscariello, a longtime city employee, has been promoted to that position, Mayor Gary McCarthy announced today. Viscariello is a Schenectady High School graduate and attended Hudson Valley Community College. From 1988 to 2000, he worked in the city Waste Collection Department. Maybe sidewalks will be cleared of snow/ice now, and those who push snow onto them and/or into the roadways will be dealt with.
