Saratoga Springs man arrested for sixth time in week
SARATOGA SPRINGS A 53-year-old Saratoga Springs man who has been arrested five times by city police in just over a week was charged again Sunday for allegedly violating an order of protection.
James L. Flacke of Railroad Place was charged with trespass and burglary last week for allegedly remaining on the second floor of Saratoga Springs City Hall and refusing to leave when the City Court area was closed.
He was also charged with a variety of counts last week stemming from domestic incidents. Shortly before noon Sunday, Flacke was seen outside the door of his ex-wife, knocking on the door and leaving a box of personal items next to the door, city police said. He was charged with felony criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection as well as fourth-degree stalking. He was arraigned and taken to Saratoga County Jail.
In another weekend arrest, Nicholas A. Treffiletti, 29, of Ash Street in Saratoga Springs was charged Sunday with felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor assault and unlawful imprisonment for allegedly assaulting an ex-girlfriend and damaging her home on Myrtle Street.
