Police recover stolen Torah worth $30,000 in NYC

Assemblyman Dov Hikind is praising police officers at the 66th Precinct in Brooklyn for their help in recovering a stolen Torah worth $30,000. The Torah was inside a Toyota Corolla that had been reported stolen Saturday evening near a synagogue on 18th Avenue in Borough Park.
