Schoharie County soldier accused of stealing guns

A Schoharie County soldier is facing a felony charge following an investigation into the theft of guns two years ago. Luke T. Aulita, 21, of Wright, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, according to a release from State Police. It was unclear how many firearms were stolen during a burglary two years ago or what type of guns were taken. The state police Troop-G spokesman did not immediately return a call Thursday. ...
