Adirondacks whitewater outfitter acquitted at trial

A Hamilton County jury has acquitted a whitewater outfitter of reckless endangerment for sending a father and daughter down the Indian River in the southern Adirondacks without a guide. Court officials say another misdemeanor charge from 2010 against Patrick Cunningham, owner of Hudson River Rafting, was dismissed earlier.
