After some of the coldest weather the Capital Region has experienced in two years — with the mercury dropping well below zero — weather experts say it will be a bit warmer this weekend and much warmer by late next week. Today’s high will be in the low 30s, after reaching the mid-30s Friday at Albany International Airport. Lows tonight will be in the lower 20s.
