Glens Falls considers earlier closing time for bars

Another upstate municipality is considering a proposal to require bars to close earlier in an effort to stem rowdy behavior. Glens Falls Mayor John “Jack” Diamond has started a push to move up the closing time from 4 a.m. to 2 a.m., the Post Star reports.
