Woman ticketed in fatal accident in Albany

The driver who struck and killed an Albany woman last week on Central Avenue has been ticketed for failure to yield the right of way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, according to Albany police. Corine Edwards, 68, of Albany, did not receive any criminal charges in the accident.
