SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Philadelphia Orchestra will return to its summer stage at Saratoga Performing Arts Center from Aug. 7 to 24, to present a season of classical and contemporary programs that will include the world premiere of a new work by Richard Danielpour commemorating the 150th anniversary of Saratoga Race Course.
