Oh, my goodness, I am shocked! Can you imagine the government not releasing this memo? Wonder who's getting their backside reamed right now for leaking that? Do I hear expletives not deleted? I just can't wait for the explanation (if there will be one)! Well, this has certainly reaffirmed my faith in transparency in government!!
