Mechanicville point guard Aubrie Zecca accurately summed up her team’s 47-46 win Tuesday over Mekeel Christian Academy.
“If you’re only going to have the lead once, it’s better to have it at the end of the game,” said Zecca, whose shot with four seconds left gave the Lady Raiders their only lead in the first-round game of the Class C tournament.
