Where do you people get your information? She has yet to be charged and she may NOT even have been driving, it is still under investigation.....This is such typical Gazette reporting.... You guys are much better at making up the news rather than reporting it... Maybe you want to check your facts once in a while.

it does not actually say she was charged - it says she faces charges. and if she was legally intoxicated and driving, she'll be charged.

safny, do you always make stuff up? it says nothing about if she was "legally intoxicated" she will be charged. What is legal intoxication anyways. Did you actually read the story or was the 80 words to hard to get through?Good grief..

wmarincic - the Saratoga paper reads "Alicia was pronounced dead at the scene, while Marian was transported to Albany Medical Center where she was listed in serious condition on Saturday. Neither Alicia nor Marian were wearing seat-belts. The driver, Marian, was arrested for driving while intoxicated." Maybe instead of going after the paper and those that are reading it, you should call the State Police and straighten them out.
