Two Troy teenagers have been arrested and charged with second-degree murder following the stabbing death of a man Monday night inside the Corliss Park apartment complex. Public Housing at it's finest, I don't think he got stabbed over who was going to carry out the trash. Just cruise through at midnight and see how many Lincolns, Lexus's and Caddys are parked in the lots. I'm sure those are the poor folks needing public assistance cars.
