— Two Troy teenagers have been arrested and charged with second-degree murder following the stabbing death of a man Monday night inside the Corliss Park apartment complex.

Police say they were called to the complex in the Lansingburgh section of Troy around 6 p.m. When they arrived, officers found a man suffering from stab wounds to his chest.

The victim, who was later identified as Takim Smith, 21, of Central Avenue in Albany, was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Troy, where he died soon after arrival.

Charged were Keith Ferguson, 17, of 11 Thompson St., and Ahziarh Carter, 16, of 486 4th St.

Both were to be arraigned this morning in Troy police court.

Public Housing at it's finest, I don't think he got stabbed over who was going to carry out the trash. Just cruise through at midnight and see how many Lincolns, Lexus's and Caddys are parked in the lots. I'm sure those are the poor folks needing public assistance cars.
