Cops find 13 pounds of cocaine in car trunk

Multiple traffic infractions, a nervous driver and inconsistent stories between the driver and passenger led to the discovery of an estimated 13 pounds of cocaine in the trunk of a car on the Thruway in Rotterdam last weekend, according to court papers...
