I'm getting tired of hearing about rating teachers. If only we could have a rating system on parents instead of pushing the blame off on everyone else. These dead beat parents do nothing to help their children excel in life. School is nothing more than a daycare service to them. According to the 2010 census New York State placed 1st in the contest of which state spend the most money per student. Clearly throwing money around like candy falling from a pinata dosen't work very well in this instance. Maybe we should start placing the blame where it belongs, on the failing family...I give them an F.
