Cuomo reportedly eyes Buffalo for casino

NIAGARA FALLS — Gov. Andrew Cuomo is reported to be planning to propose a new casino in Niagara Falls, where the state has a long-standing dispute with the Seneca Nation over revenue sharing. Hope that is only negotiation talk competing casinos in one area would be bad business
Stick with saratoga expansion and don't stretch the investment income over too many locations.
