The lawyer representing Joey M. Paul, the 29-year-old woman indicted on murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges this week, said on Friday she shot her boyfriend by accident. “She didn’t shoot this guy on purpose,” said attorney Frederick Rench of Clifton Park. “It was not an intentional shooting, it was an accident and a tragedy.” Rench entered pleas of not guilty in Paul’s behalf to charges of second-degree murder, second-degree manslaughter and second-degree ...
