Student sent to rehab in Shen heroin case

The 17-year-old Shenendehowa Central School District student accused of injecting a 15-year-old classmate with heroin was sent to a rehabilitation facility Friday. Daniel Lewis was released to the custody of his family following an appearance in Town Court in Clifton Park. Lewis is now expected to participate in a residential treatment program for the next month before coming back to court on Feb. 6. Lewis is charged with felony injection of a narcotic drug. He’s ...
