State: Region added 2,300 jobs in year leading up to November

The Capital Region added a net 2,300 private sector and government jobs in the 12 months leading up to November, ticking the region’s job count up half a percent to 454,100. The figures come from the state Labor Department, which issued a preliminary report today.
