Authorities allege a Schoharie County woman spent personal allowance money belonging to disabled clients of the Schoharie County ARC. Samantha Cross, 31, was charged Monday with fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records, according to a release from the state Attorney General’s Office.
