Gloversville man faces federal marijuana cultivation charges

A Gloversville man was arraigned Monday on a federal marijuana-growing charge for allegedly growing more than 50 plants in Montgomery County in September, authorities said. David M. Gambuzza, 40, is accused of growing the plants Sept. 17 in an indictment handed up in U.S. District Court in October. He pleaded not guilty. A trial is currently set for February.
