Scotia-Glenville names assistant superintendent

SCOTIA — After a five-month search, the Scotia-Glenville Central School District has found its next assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction. Karen Swain was appointed to the position Monday night by the Board of Education. She is the current assistant director for planning and accountability in the Schenectady City School District.
