Schenectady man sentenced for one break-in, faces more time

A burglar has been sent to state prison for a Schenectady County break-in and will get additional prison time for Schoharie County break-ins. Scott Clapper, 29, had previously pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary in Schenectady County Court. Judge Frank P. Milano sentenced him Monday to an agreed-upon one to three years in state prison, prosecutor Kevin Cheung said.
