Schenectady Holiday Inn to close nine months for renovations

Well, that is assuming that other hotels are at 100% occupancy. I'm sure they're not. Some of them (like up State St) aren't likely to see any of those turned away from the Holiday Inn, but others on lower State and Nott Terrace might find this to be their "payday".
