SAN DIEGO — Philip Rivers and the San Diego Chargers still have Eli Manning’s number. Not the one briefly issued to Manning at the 2004 NFL draft, of course. Just another victory against him. Definitely one of the most disappointing seasons for the Jints, ever. Bad decisions, bad luck, and bad karma all rolled up in one. Maybe the Giants should consider training at SUNY Albany again.
