Alleged drunken driver charged with assault in August crash in Clifton Park

A Saratoga Springs man was arrested on felony vehicular assault charges Friday, more than three months after allegedly causing a car accident while under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. The afternoon of Aug. 22, Daniel Stack, 25, was driving his 2009 Honda Civic westbound along Route 146 in Clifton Park when he crossed over the double solid line and struck a 2007 Toyota Camry head-on, police said.
