FONDA — A St. Johnsville man is facing drug charges after state troopers said they recognized his vehicle as one suspected in several area gas larcenies. State police say troopers stopped 29-year-old Bernard W. Wrobel, Jr. on Route 5 in the town of Palatine on Wednesday for driving a vehicle with no front plate.
