The president of Schenectady County Community College is leaving his post to accept a more lucrative offer overseeing a much larger system of campuses in western Pennsylvania. Quintin Bullock, who entered the second year of his three-year contract with SCCC in September, was hired Tuesday as president of the Community College of Allegheny County, a system with four campuses and more than 60,000 students. But he WAS ready to rid himself of the Chevrolet after all, it appears.
What good is a 3 year contract if one can walk away after 2 years?
Shouldn't his job be "at will", just as custodians? Do away with contracts if they mean nothing anyway, or keep him until September as he's contracted to do!

Nice guy, lives in my Nisky hood, and oversaw some needed improvements to SCC. Yes, it was a stepping stone, and someone caught the audio. Butt, the dilettante Board member(embedded in Schenectady County politics) comments in the news article are truly embarrassing. Perhaps, your new friends, in Pennsylvania, will stab you in the front.
