One killed, three others injured in car crash caused by deer

One person was killed and three others injured in a car crash caused by a deer Sunday night, according to State Police.

Michael Clark, 21, of Boxborough, MA, died after swerving to avoid a deer on I-88 in Cobleskill at about 9:51 p.m., according to a release.

The 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe rolled several times before landing on a slope.

Three passengers were taken by ambulance to Albany Medical Center Hospital with various injuries.

The group was traveling to Ithaca College, according to police.
