Hate crime alleged in Saratoga Springs; one person seriously injured, two held

Two men were arrested early this morning after police say they seriously injured another person in a hate crime. Shortly before 4 a.m., Saratoga Springs police officers responded to a call about a fight in progress on Pavilion Row, an area where many of the city’s bars are concentrated.
