Amsterdam couple charged with neglecting puppy

Amsterdam police say two city residents left an 8-month-old dog found emaciated and abandoned earlier this week. Michael T. Murray, 27, and Jodiann Mcleod, 26, were charged with felony aggravated cruelty to animals under Buster’s Law, according to a news release. By releasing them without posting bail is minimizing this law. What good is it if these judges and prosecutors are so weak and stupid. If they abuse an animal they will do the same to a child. Send these animal abusers to jail.
